Your project manager for the first months. We build your checklist and timeline, gather documents, order death certificates, and notify banks, utilities, insurers, and agencies. We also review credit reports to find every account and debt, help locate and claim life insurance and other benefits (we never sell insurance), review final medical bills for errors, and handle mail forwarding and cancellations.

A complete, photo-documented inventory of accounts, property, vehicles, valuables, and important documents, plus a tracked log of creditor claims and correspondence, delivered in a clear report ready for your attorney or estate administrator.
from $750 + subcontractor costs
We scope the home, sort what to keep, donate, sell, or discard, and schedule trusted haulers, cleaners, and estate-sale partners. Need hands-on help? Sorting and packing is $50/hour. We can list sellable items online for a 25% to 35% commission, and we coordinate cleaning, repairs, and staging with your listing agent to get the home market-ready.
$350/day + expenses at cost
Live far away? We are your eyes and hands on the ground: property walkthroughs, pickups, meetings, and updates, in Delaware and surrounding states. We also carefully pack and ship keepsakes to family for a flat $50 packing fee per shipment, plus shipping at cost.
